HHS – Post Release and Home Study Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children (2014)

Description: This grant allows providers to coordinate and administer home studies and post release services for select unaccompanied children in Office of Refugee Resettlement custody. Service providers must assist the sponsor in accessing applicable legal service resources, and monitor and help facilitate the sponsor’s plan to ensure the UAC’s attendance at all immigration court proceedings and comply with DHS’s requirements.
