The Grants to Prevent and Respond to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking, and Sex Trafficking Against Children and Youth Program (Children and Youth Program) supports comprehensive, community-based efforts to develop or expand prevention, intervention, treatment, and response strategies to address the needs of children and youth (ages 0-24) impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sex trafficking.

OVW Fiscal Year 2025 Justice for Families Program
The Justice for Families Program supports activities to improve the response of the civil and criminal justice system to families with a history of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, or in cases involving child sexual abuse. Activities should improve the capacity of courts and communities to respond to families through court-based and court-related programs; supervised visitation and safe exchange by and between parents; training for people who work with families in
the court system; and civil legal assistance.
HHS – Family Violence Prevention and Services Discretionary Grants: Specialized Services to Abused Parents and their Children (Demonstration Projects)
The Office of Family Violence Prevention and Services program (OFVPS) Discretionary Grant Program under the Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA): Specialized Services for Abused Parents and Their Children (Demonstration Projects) will support fifty (50) demonstration projects. These projects will focus on expanding the capacity (of coalitions, local programs, and community-based programs) to prevent future family violence, domestic violence, and dating violence by appropriately addressing the needs of children exposed to domestic violence, and the potentially co-occurring impacts of child abuse and neglect.
HHS – Medical Legal Partnerships Plus (+)
MLP+ leverages the evidence-based model of MLPs and is structured to increase and enhance legal services and include a social service navigator in the multidisciplinary health and legal services team. Through this model, long-standing MLPs will expand and strengthen services to address the health harming legal and social needs of individuals and families with low incomes.
DOJ – OVW Fiscal Year 2023 Legal Assistance for Victims
The Legal Assistance for Victims (LAV) Grant Program (CFDA 16.524) is intended to increase the availability of civil and criminal legal assistance needed to effectively aid adult and youth (ages 11 to 24) victims of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, or sexual assault by providing funds for comprehensive direct legal services to victims in legal matters relating to or arising out of that abuse or violence.
OJJDP FY 2022 Youth Violence Prevention Program
This solicitation provides funding for applicants to develop/enhance strategies to prevent youth violence, including youth gang/group involvement and youth gang/group violence.

The Correctional Adult Reentry Education, Employment, and Recidivism Strategies (CAREERRS) Program, a Second Chance Act program, is designed to help communities establish education, vocation, and job training programs in their correctional systems that address employment challenges facing incarcerated youth and adults re-entering those communities and the workforce.
